Responsibilities:
-Providing effective and quality IT professional service to
clients
-Deliver Security and network infrastructure projects
-Ensure good communication between project team, sales and
customers

Requirements:
-High diploma or above in Computer Science or related
disciplines
-1-3 years’ experience in IT industry
-Good technical skill and knowledge on networking
-Solid experience on Network Switch, Router, Firewall and
TCP/IP networking will be an advantage
-Hands-on experience on Windows and Linux platform is
preferred but NOT a must
-Certificate Holders of CCNA would be advantage
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Ability to work independently under pressure
-Self-motivated and willing to learn new technology
-Immediately available is preferred
-Candidate with less experience will also be considered for
the post of Assistant System Engineer|

Requirements:
-University degree holders in Computer Science or related
disciplines
-5-8 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 4 years
in supporting Security Solution
-Hands on experience on Firewall, IPS, Web and Mail security
solution
-Solid experience on DLP, encryption, Identity and Access
Management Solutions will be an advantage
-Certificate holders of CCNA/CCNP/CCSA/CCSE are preferred
-Project implementation experience in SI/Distributor/Vendor
are preferred but NOT a must
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Ability to work independently under pressure
-Candidate with less experience will also be considered for
the post of Senior System Engineer

Requirements:
- University degree/diploma/higher certificate graduate,
preferably in Information Technology or related
disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years experience in Information Technology
services with at least 1 year experience in
Helpdesk / Hotline / Call Centre operation position;
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE);
- Experience in Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS
Office 2007 and Lotus Notes;
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill;
and Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.
Putonghua preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Working Hour and Location: Mon – Fri, 08:30 to 18:20.
Alternative Sat. 08:00 – 13:00
- Provide immediate telephone technical support on general
problems relating to IT systems and resource
requests.
- Escalate technical and operational problems or issues to
involving parties as according to the procedures
provided.
- Follow up status of Helpdesk Calls. According to
criticality of calls, escalate and inform involved parties.
- Inform users on status of systems availability.
- Carry out end-user account administration tasks, e.g.
reset password, delete print queues etc.
- Administer IT related request forms, resources management
and software/technical reference library.
- Manage IT resources and provide inventory check of IT
resources on ad hoc basis.
- Follow up status of IT related request forms. Inform user
on completion of tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate with users/trainer on training
requests.
- Inventory Management.
- Provide support on data entry of IT systems.
(i) Document and provide statistical report on IT Hotline
calls, IT related requests and Internet access activities.
(ii) Other IT related administration works when necessary
Offer:($12,000 - 15,000 , depend
on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the call centre
- Manage procedural and audit controls to ensure operating
standards, policies and procedures are within
compliance
- Heads up a team expected to deliver superior productivity,
quality service and performance of the highest
standard
- Support and provide guidance to team leaders
- Handle customer issues escalated from team leaders
- Ensure the team understands client expectations and make
recommendations for operation efficiency
- Work closely with other key working partners
Requirements:
- Diploma or above graduate in IT, Computer Sciences,
Engineering or any related field
- Solid experience of Incident Management and Problem
Management processes, including rigorous root cause
analysis skills ITIL Certification is preferable
- Solid knowledge of IT and Networking product support and
application support practices
- Minimum 5 years solid experience preferably gained in
Telecom industry with at least 3 year experience in
Incident management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across
all levels
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
and Mandarin
Working Hour: Mon – Fri (09:00 – 18:00), Alternative
Saturday (09:00 – 13:00)
Working Location: Tsing Yi
Required to work outside working hours when needed
Offer:($18,000 - 22,000 , depend
on experience)
